As a Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting both the marketing and sales teams, assisting with various tasks and projects to drive brand visibility and sales growth. Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator ResponsibilitiesFamiliarizing yourself with essential details of our products and servicesExecute and support direct marketing and campaign strategiesCollaborate with Marketing & Sales Coordinators to increase brand awareness and sales marginsPromote products and initiate the sales cycleShare feedback, suggestions, and knowledge to fellow marketing and sales team membersIdentify consumer needs; problem solve and persuade consumers to overcome customer objections and close a sale as needed
Junior Marketing & Sales Coordinator RequirementsBachelors in Marketing, Branding, Sales, Business or Communications1-2 years experience in marketing associate, sales, advertising, or branding positionDetail-oriented, self-disciplined, and ambitiousStrong desire to improve personally and professionallyPhenomenal work ethic with strong organizational skillsOutstanding time management and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional public speaking and presentation skills
